Session Details:

Each MLD session lasts 90 minutes and is customized to support your body’s unique needs. You will be comfortably undressed and draped at all times, ensuring both modesty and relaxation. Using gentle, wave-like motions, I guide lymph fluid through the body’s natural pathways, focusing on areas where stagnation or congestion may occur.
