I have always been deeply devoted to the art of holistic health and healing, blending advanced therapeutic techniques with an intuitive understanding of the body’s wisdom. My work is rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from addressing not just symptoms, but the deeper patterns of imbalance that shape our health. Each session is an opportunity to create lasting transformation - restoring balance, vitality, and connection to the self. As a National Board-Certified Bodyworker, it is important to me to deliver trusted, professional, and reliable therapeutics to every client.

I have pursued extensive continued education at the Upledger Institute in Bloomington, MN, specializing in advanced craniosacral therapy. My training includes Craniosacral Therapy Levels 1 & 2, Touching the Brain/Glial Interface Levels 1 & 2, and SomatoEmotional Release Level 1. This work has deepened my expertise in supporting the nervous system, releasing trauma, and accessing the body’s innate ability to heal through gentle yet profound techniques.

I am a Certified Transpersonal Crystal Healing® Practitioner through Evolve Healing Institute based in Australia. This powerful and advanced 5-Dimensional holistic healing modality combines Advanced Crystal Healing with Spiritual Psychology, Soul-Expressive Therapy, and Holistic Counselling. It works across the physical, emotional, energetic, psychological, and spiritual layers of being, creating profound opportunities for release, integration, and transformation.

I completed my certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy through Klose Training in Bloomington, MN. This specialized training equipped me with advanced techniques to support the body’s natural detoxification, reduce inflammation, and enhance immune function. It also deepened my ability to work with clients experiencing post-surgical recovery, chronic illness, and fluid imbalance, offering a gentle yet highly effective approach to healing.

Northwestern Health Sciences University
I earned my Associate’s Degree in Therapeutic Massage from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. My studies emphasized both clinical and holistic approaches, with specialties in Oncology Massage, Energy Medicine, Medically Complex Populations, and Infant Massage. This education provided a strong foundation in anatomy and advanced bodywork techniques, while also preparing me to support sensitive and specialized client needs with skill and compassion.
2019-2020
Hypnosis Motivation Institute
I earned my certification in Hypnotherapy through the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in California. My studies focused on advanced mind–body approaches including Pain Relief, EFT/Tapping, and Past-Life Regression. This education expanded my ability to work with the subconscious mind, helping clients access deeper states of healing, release unresolved patterns, and restore balance through integrative hypnotherapy techniques.

I am always growing and developing deeper understandings of the human body and soul. As such, I have taken many continuing education classes, seminars, programs, and certification courses that include Reflexology and TCM for Health Practitioners, Spiritual Coaching, Pendulum and Energy Testing, Reiki Levels 1 and 2, Ancient Egyptian Energy Healing, and Medical Intuition.
